1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Mushroom.casa Grow Log, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
2. What the service is, and what it is not
Mushroom.casa Grow Log is a record-keeping and analytics tool for mushroom cultivation that you are already carrying out. It helps you record batches, stages, harvests and contamination events, and it calculates derived figures such as biological efficiency.
- The service does not identify wild mushrooms and makes no safety determination about any mushroom. Its edible species library is a general reference, not an assessment of a specimen, and the service provides no dosing or consumption guidance.
- The service provides no medical, health or safety advice.
- Projections such as yield estimates are statistical guides based on typical reported ranges, not guarantees of any outcome.
- You are solely responsible for how you cultivate, what you do with any harvest, and compliance with the laws that apply where you live.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you may not share an account in a way that lets one subscription serve unrelated parties.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The free plan is available at no charge and is subject to the limits described on the pricing page. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of Settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges and your account reverts to the free plan limits at the end of the paid period.
Where required by law, you may have a right to cancel within a cooling-off period. Payments already made for a period you have used are generally not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone else’s rights, or to interfere with the service or other users.
- Do not attempt to access another user’s data or circumvent access controls.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not resell, sublicense or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use automated means to place excessive load on the service.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the cultivation records and photos you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you in order to operate the service.
You can export your content as CSV or JSON at any time, and you can delete your account and its data permanently from Settings.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time, and we may add, alter or remove functionality.
If we make a material change to these terms, we will make it visible in the application before it takes effect.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from cultivation decisions, contamination events, crop failures, or your failure to comply with applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or where required to protect the service or other users.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Mushroom.casa is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. This clause should be adapted by your lawyer to the correct jurisdiction before launch.
